Accelerate Resources: Completes drilling at Comet Gold

  • Mineral explorer Accelerate Resources (AX8) has completed a maiden drilling campaign at its Comet Gold Project near Cue in Western Australia
  • The program included 17 reverse circulation (RC) drill holes at 1212 metres
  • The aim of the program was to further investigate the area and extend shallow, high-grade, oxide gold intersections
  • Accelerate is expecting the results within the next couple of weeks
  • Once the results are in, the company will plan its next work program
  • On the market this afternoon, Accelerate is up 2.86 per cent and is trading for 7.2 cents per share
