NET Credit Union selects Bankjoy for digital onboarding solution

NET Credit Union, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, has partnered with Bankjoy to implement an online and mobile onboarding solution for new customers.
The collaboration aims to streamline the onboarding process, making it faster and more efficient, in an effort to acquire new members and increase deposits.
Bankjoy’s solution enables new customers to open an account in just 90 seconds and verify their identity through ID upload and selfie matching, accessible via mobile, online, or in-branch channels. NET Credit Union has the flexibility to customize the account opening experience according to its preferences.
The solution will seamlessly integrate with the credit union’s Alkami digital banking platform, allowing existing members to open additional accounts quickly.
