• Kingsgate Consolidated (KCN) appoints Nucharee Sailasuta as Non-Executive Director and Jamie Gibson as MD and acting CEO
• Ms Sailasuta is well-experienced within the mining sector, especially mining management, serving as MD of LotusHall Mining Heavy Engineering Construction and Lotus Green Energy in Thailand
• Mr Gibson has more than 25 years’ experience serving as a government and corporate professional, and has worked at the company since 2013 in other roles
• Kingsgate Executive Chairman Ross Smyth-Kirk says the appointments “bring both renewal and an important diversity of skills to the board”
• KCN shares are down 5.29 per cent, trading at $1.61 at 1:41 pm AEDT
