Iress & Megaport: Provide global connectivity for market data
- Iress announced it has entered into a strategic relationship with Megaport, a global Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) provider
- Provide connectivity between all major public cloud providers globally, including AWS, Microsoft Azure
- The strategic relationship between Ireland both will enable clients to directly access global markets
- Clients with public cloud infrastructure will now benefit from high-performance connectivity and the rapid onboarding process
- The arrangement brings added security for institutions, as Megaport’s standalone private network
- As well as significantly reduced latency, the tie-up will also reduce costs for clients when compared with standard leased lines
