Matsa Resources Launches drilling program at Fortitude North, WA

  • Matsa Resources (MAT) recommences drilling at the Fortitude North prospect within the company’s flagship Lake Carey gold project in Western Australia
  • The company’s initial reverse circulation program will involve 3310 metres of focused drilling, targeting the northern strike extent of the prospect.
  • The program will concentrate on shallow, high-grade gold mineralisation identified and modelled through recent work, with an aim of establishing a maiden resource over that part of the mineralised zone
  • The company says it expects to wrap up drilling by mid-February, with first assay results received during the March 2023 quarter
  • The company is up 2.63 per cent to trade at 3.9 cents at 11:48 am AEDT
