RoleMapper Raises £1.75M in Funding

  • RoleMapper, a UK-based HR Tech company provider of a job design platform, raised £1.75M in funding
  • The round was led by Mercia, with participation from Qantx
  • The company intends to use the funds to add new features to the platform, boost its sales and marketing and expand its 22-strong team with a number of new hires
  • The company provides a platform for HR companies to redesign organisational job structures in readiness for new and future ways of working
  • This includes skills-based hiring, as well as hybrid and flexible working
  • The company also designs and automates the creation of inclusive job descriptions to give managers the ability to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds, as well as comply with equality laws or legislative changes
