- Eclipx (ECX) appoints its Chief Financial Officer Damien Berrell to succeed Julian Russell as CEO, effective February 1, 2023
- With over 20 years of experience in he domestic and international non-bank financial institutional space, he spent most of his time in senior leadership roles
- As part of Mr Berrell’s transition to CEO, James Owens has been appointed CFO following the same effective date
- Mr Berrell’s remuneration includes a $720,531 salary and superannuation package
- Shares in the company have ended the day 5.85 per cent in the red to close at $1.77 each
