- The round was led by Point Nine with participation from existing investors Seedcamp, Bpifrance and Kima Ventures and new participants Acadian and Entrée
- The company provides a real-time compensation benchmark application created to help companies power up their compensation policy and drive salary fairness
- Having acquired Payspective in June 2022, which facilitated Figure move into the UK, the brand is already well established in many other countries including France and Germany
- The previous funding round was led by Seedcamp in 2021, raising €1.7 million
