Rimfire Pacific Mining Appoints David Hutton as Managing Director and CEO

• Rimfire Pacific Mining (RIM) appoints David Hutton as Managing Director and CEO, effective June 15
• Since February 7, Mr Hutton has been supporting the company in a part-time executive role during a period of management transition
• A geologist by trade, he has over 30 years’ experience and has been involved with the discovery and delineation of numerous precious and base metal deposits
• His remuneration package includes a salary of $200,000 on an 80 per cent full-time equivalent basis plus superannuation
• Shares in Rimfire PacificMining are up 12.5 per cent, trading at 0.9 cents as of 11:55 am AEST
