Credit Clear Completes acquisition of ARMA group

  • Credit Clear (CCR) completes acquisition of ARMA group and appoints new company CEO and Managing Director
  • Former ARMA group CEO Andrew Smith will take over the role of CEO for the new combined entity, while CreditClear CEO David Hentschke will become Managing Director
  • The acquisition will reportedly deliver a combined FY21 normalised group revenue of $26.5 million with an EBITDA of $3.9 million
  • Mr Smith says he is grateful to the CreditClear board for the opportunity to take up a leadership position within the company
  • CCR shares were up 6.5 per cent at 41 cents
