Ausgold Extends mineralisation at Katanning

  • Drilling at Ausgold’s (AUC) Katanning gold project in WA has extended gold mineralisation 900 metres to the south beyond the current resource
  • The company is undertaking 30,000 metres of drilling within the Central and Southern zones of the Katanning gold project
  • Mineralisation is open along strike and the ongoing drilling program will test the strike towards the south at the Dingo South and Lukin prospects
  • The company says drilling will contribute to a resource upgrade which is expected in the June quarter
  • The company ended the day 6.67 per cent in the green to close at 4.8 cents per share
