Lokalise Secures $50M in Series B Funding

  • Lokalise, a Riga, Latvia-based continuous localization platform, today raised $50m in Series B funding
  • The round was led by CRV with participation from Creandum, Dawn Capital, existing investors including Chalfen Ventures, 3VC, S16VC, and a number of angel investors
  • In conjunction with the funding, Reid Christian, General Partner at CRV, will also join the board
  • The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate hiring, product development, and the construction of its partnership ecosystem
  • The company is a continuous localization platform that streamlines the translation and localization process and collaboration between developers, designers, translators, and project managers. Localizing a website is another option using localisation suite built for scale
  • APIs, SDKs, and plug-and-play connectors automate data input from prototyping platforms to production
