  • The round, , which brought the total amount raised by the company to $48.4m, was led by Redpoint Ventures with participation from existing investor Andreessen Horowitz
  • In conjunction with the funding, Tomasz Tunguz, Managing Director at Redpoint Ventures, joined company’s board of directors
  • The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow its team and invest in the technology, including enhancing Superset and building its cloud service
  • The company is a modern cloud based data exploration and visualization platform powered by Apache Superset, an open source analytics tool
  • The company is also announcing the general availability of Preset Cloud, a fully hosted cloud service for Apache Superset
