  • The round was led by Silver Lake, with participation from Doug Dillard, Jr.,  and a Silver Lake advisor, who will join company’s Board of Directors
  • The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach
  • Founded in 2013 by CEO Lindsay Held and President Derek Correia, the company is an online destination for premium and luxury spirits
  • The company has also named Jim Clerkin as Chairman of company’s Board of Directors
  • Mr. Clerkin was most recently President of Moët Hennessy Strategic Development after 13 years as President and CEO of Moet Hennessy Americas
