  • The round was led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management with participation from existing investors including Bullpen Capital, Craft Ventures and Valuestream Ventures
  • The company intends to use the funds to grow as a full service SaaS + Services platform for professional single family home investors
  • The company enables existing owners to scale their acquisitions and operational footprint while maximizing returns
  • The company is the partner to many of the largest single family rental, new construction & fix + flip investors in the world
  • Nearly $1 billion of homes have been transacted on its platform across 24 markets since its launch in 2018
