  • The round was led by Bregal Milestone, Level Equity, United Internet and Ubera’ll management
  • The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth in the U.S. and Canada
  • The company is announcing it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MomentFeed, a Santa Monica, California-based provider of Proximity Search Optimization
  • Founded in 2013 the company has offices in 6 countries with close to 300 employees
  • The company currently services over 1,600 multi-location customers across 170 countries
