  • MetisMotion, a Munich, Germany-based startup that specializes in actuators for automation applications, raised €1.5M in funding
  • Backers included BORN2GROW, High-Tech Gründerfonds and Siemens Technology Accelerator
  • The company intends to use the funds to prepare the market launch for its patent-protected naXture actuator platform in late summer
  • Led by Patrick Fröse, Managing Director, The Comapany has developed core technology that consists of highly dynamic and lightweight actuators for automation applications
  • Customers include national and international manufacturers from the fields of factory and process automation, robotics and mobility
  • The Munich site is currently home to in-house development, production, marketing and sales
