Envirosuite: Appoints ex-Orico head as new advisor to CEO

  • Envirosuite (EVS) has appointed the former CEO of Orica Group (ORI), Alberto Calderon, as its new advisor to the CEO
  • Alberto will work closely with Envirosuite CEO Jason Cooper to provide high-level executive and project support
  • The former CEO has extensive experience across the mining, petroleum and energy sectors, previously working at BHP and Cerrejón in Columbia
  • EVS said his experience will be invaluable in providing insights and advice, particularly in accelerating sales across mining, water and airports
  • Alberto has granted 10 million unlisted options, at 20 cents each, with half of those options exercisable immediately, 2.5 million to vest in 12 months and the other 2.5 million to vest in 18 months
  • Envirosuite shares are trading 8.3 per cent higher at 13 cents apiece
