- The shares of common stock also expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “DV” on April 21, 2021
- The offering expected to close on April 23, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions
- The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase on a pro rata basis up to an additional 1,350,000 shares from DoubleVerify and up to an additional 650,000 shares from Providence
