Hypr: Raises $35M in Series C Financing

  • Hypr, a NYC-based passwordless company raised $35m in Series C financing
  • The round, which doubled the company’s total funding to over $70m, was led by Advent International through Advent Tech
  • Advent joined existing investors including RRE Ventures, .406 Ventures, BoldStart, Top Tier Capital, MESH, Alumni Ventures Group, Allen & Co, Samsung NEXT and Mastercard
  • The company will also use the capital to accelerate its go-to-market strategy and grow its global support organization doubling the global headcount, with hiring ongoing in every department
  • HYPR also provides a cloud based Passwordless Multi-factor Authentication platform that makes it easy to eliminate passwords and deliver fast login experiences
  • The company has offices in Boston, California, London, and Tokyo
