Postscript: Raises $35M in Series B Funding

  • Postscript, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based text message marketing platform for Shopify stores, raised $35m in Series B funding
  • The round was led by Greylock, with participation from YC Continuity Fund, OpenView, and others
  • In conjunction with the funding, Sarah Guo and Mike Duboe, Partners at Greylock, joined Postscript’s Board
  • The company will use this new round of funding to further develop products with immediate investment into new features and improvements that continue maximizing SMS as a customer lifecycle channel
  • Postscript also provides over 3,500 Shopify stores with an ecommerce SMS platform to communicate and engage with customers through text message marketing
  • The company originally backed by Y Combinator and announced a Seed Round in December of 2019
