Announced that it has expanded the leadership roles of Chief Security Officer Deborah Guild and Staff Service Technology CIO Ganesh Krishnan
Both leaders also appointed to PNC’s Executive Committee and reporting to William S. Demchak, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of PNC
In their new roles, Guild will lead Enterprise Technology while remaining executive vice president and chief security officer
Krishnan, also an executive vice president serve as enterprise chief information officer, with responsibility for leading technology strategy and innovations
Guild and Krishnan succeed Steve Van Wyk, PNC’s head of Technology & Innovation
