QuickFee: Completes SPP and raises more than expected

  • Fintech company QuickFee (QFE) has completed its oversubscribed share purchase plan (SPP)
  • The company planned to raise $2.5 million but the plan generated strong support and received applications totalling $3.3 million
  • As a result, QuickFee scaled back application to the original $2.5 million
  • QuickFee Instalments allows QuickFee clients to pay their invoices in four instalments using Splitit’s system
  • Shares will be issued on October 16 and refunds will be processed in due course
  • QuickFee has ended the day a slight 2.88 per cent in the red with shares trading for 50.5 cents each
