- Horizon Gold (HRN) has appointed Leigh Ryan as Managing Director, effective no later than January 1, 2021
- Until Leigh begins, Executive Director Jamie Sullivan will continue in his role before reverting to Non-Executive Director
- Leigh is a qualified geologist with more than 30 years experience in the exploration and resource industries
- He has worked with the likes of Alchemy Resources, Resolute Mining, and Boss Resources
- Prior to these roles, he was Managing Director of Boss Resources and Group Exploration Manager for Africa and Australia at Resolute Mining
- Horizon has ended the day with no change and shares trading for 42.5 cents each
