3D Resources: Raises $1.23M for Adelong Goldfield

  • Minerals explorer 3D Resources (DDD) has received firm commitments to undertake a $1.225 million placement
  • To raise the funds, 245 million shares will issued to professional and sophisticated investors at 0.5 cents each
  • Participants will also receive one free attaching option for every two shares subscribed for, exercisable at 0.7 cents with expiry on August 31, 2022
  • The company intends to undertake metallurgical testing to better define the plant design and upgrade the plant capacity
  • Historically, it has produced around 800,000 ounces of gold
  • 3D Resources is steady on the market and shares are trading for 0.6 cents each at 11:46 am AEST
