Worley: Enters global allience with Haldor Topsoe

  • Worley (WOR) has entered a strategic global alliance with Danish chemical company Haldor Topsoe
  • The companies will team up to remove and recover sulphur using acid recycle streams
  • Under the partnership, Haldor and Worley Comprimo will licence the TopClaus technology
  • Worley Comprimo also provides gas treating and sulphur technology services, including technology selection, engineering, design
  • Worley Comprimo formed after Worley’s purchase of the Jacobs Energy Chemicals and Resources division
  • On the market this afternoon, Worley is down 3.01 per cent and is trading for $8.71 per share 3:22 pm AEST
