- To raise the funds, 245 million shares will issued to professional and sophisticated investors at 0.5 cents each
- Participants will also receive one free attaching option for every two shares subscribed for, exercisable at 0.7 cents with expiry on August 31, 2022
- The company intends to undertake metallurgical testing to better define the plant design and upgrade the plant capacity
